What is Shining Extract?
Shining Extract is used on Prime Force. Listed effect: +40% attack, -10% Smash cooldown, and Smash knocks back. The evolution catalog itself says the page was still waiting for a revamp, so treat prices as the published catalog figures, not a promise that the merchant still charges them.
